I don't direct much. I set the light, say something that makes you laugh, and wait. The photograph you keep is almost always the one where you forgot I was there.

A short call to talk light, places and what actually matters to you. For events, we agree on the moments that must not be missed.

Shoot
Unhurried and mostly unposed. I'll direct when it helps and disappear when it doesn't. Most people say they forgot I was working.

Deliver
A curated online gallery within three weeks, edited by hand. Fine art prints and linen albums are made to order.
Kind words
My parents hate being photographed. Anish had them laughing in five minutes, and there's one portrait of them above our sofa now that I can't walk past without stopping.

Hej, I'm Anish.
I came to photography through design. I spent years making things look right on screens before I picked up a camera and found I would rather make things look true.
I'm based in Stockholm, shoot across Sweden, and travel for sessions and commissions. I work slowly, in natural light wherever possible, and I edit everything myself.
